I have overall been very happy with the knowledgable and helpful staff, but recently, the staff here went above and beyond. I was actually calling with a question about a sliding screen door on the Ace website, which was out of stock. When the staff member confirmed that it was a discontinued item, she asked if I'd be interested in having the existing door re screened. Long story short, I had it done, the person doing it called me and offered me additional choices, and I have the best screen door ever now, for 1/3 the cost of replacement. These employees really care! Thank you!
They were totally helpful, even when I changed my mind a half dozen times while we figured out how to make things work. They were knowledgeable and generous with their time, and they let me take more than I needed so I could return what I didn't use and save myself some trips. They even gave my dog some cookies! Thanks guys and gals!
They have a lot more than you would expect and their staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I find myself going here now for just about anything instead of the big box hardware stores.
